User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the app in a responsible and lawful manner
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the app

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that step counts, calorie calculations, or other fitness metrics are 100% accurate. These values are estimates based on data from Apple Health and Health Connect.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strift and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any health issues or injuries related to fitness activities
• Any inaccuracies in the data provided
• Any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
